Online & practical emergency response course

Get your emergency response certificate in less time and very easily with our emergency response course e-learning & practical training! You combine self-study at home with an interactive practical day at the FeniksGroup.  This way, you can learn all the theory in your own time and then go and practice what you have learned in the field. That’s convenient, saves time and is also cheaper, while you obtain your basic safety training certificate!

Emergency response e-learning in 4 modules

With this course, you first follow a self-study via e-learning. This covers 4 topics in as many modules. Each module is concluded separately with a test. The topics you learn during this self-study component are:

  • First aid emergency
  • Non-emergency first aid
  • Fire
  • Evacuation

Emergency response training practical day

Once you have successfully completed the 4 modules of the online course, you can attend the practical day. This takes place at one of our locations and lasts a full day. During this day, which is given by a certified instructor, all modules of the e-learning are briefly repeated and practised so that you know from experience what to do in the event of an emergency.

For individual or team participation

This e-learning course is suitable for anyone who wants to become an emergency response worker and prefers self-study combined with practical training. You can register individually or as a group. For group registrations, you can always contact us, for instance to organise the practical day at your location.

Emergency response basic certificate and follow-up courses

If you successfully complete an emergency response training course, you will receive the basic emergency response certificate, valid for one year. You will also have access to the online learning environment for one year, for example for reference books. If you want to extend your certificate after the first year, you can register for the refresher course that we also provide at the FeniksGroup. Of course, you can also expand this basic training with other emergency response training such as the first responder team leader course, the emergency response breathing apparatus or for coordinator head of the emergency response team.
