Online customer portal
We have set up an online customer portal so that you can easily view your scheduled courses and register students independently. This document consists of three parts: login, organisation and course planner. For each section, we explain which steps you need to take. We advise you to read through these steps carefully before getting started.

- Open the customer portal by clicking the button above. Make sure you have your login details to hand, you have received these from us by email.
- Click on the arrow next to ‘ChainWise Extranet Login’ and enter your details.
- If you do not know your password, you can indicate this on the login screen. You will then receive an email with a code which you can use to reset your password. Please note: this e-mail may end up in your spam.
- After logging in, you will be taken to the homepage. The customer portal consists of two parts, which we will explain below.
- Is this your first time logging in? Then you have to accept the general terms and conditions once by checking the box. These can be found here.
